January 18 , 2016 – Doha, Qatar – Triad Software Services – an award winning partner of Sage Middle East has announced its expansion into the State of Qatar. Sage buys US payroll services group PayChoice for $157.8m

Sage Group, the UK’s largest software company by market capitalisation, has agreed to buy US payroll services group PayChoice for nearly £100m as it tries to outflank a new generation of competitors for the small business market.
The company is paying $157.8m in cash for PayChoice, which had revenues of $38.9m in 2013. The US Company was founded in 1990 and has 100,000 customers there, including many that use subscription services.Sage sells accounting software to 6m customers worldwide, ranging from small enterprises to large corporations. It is overhauling its business to strengthen its cloud, mobile and payments products, as well as shifting clients from paying licence fees to subscriptions.
Steve Hare, Sage’s chief financial officer, said PayChoice’s business was profitable and revenues were growing annually by single-digit percentages, but that Sage expected to be able to boost that figure.
